Refund Policy

Because Helix Rust products are digital virtual items delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer-protection law and the limited cases below.
When We Offer Refunds
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same product within 24 hours, we'll refund the duplicate.
- Server outage at purchase: if our servers were down for more than 6 consecutive hours within 24 hours of your purchase and the perk could not be redeemed, we'll refund or issue equivalent credit.
- Statutory rights: if you're a consumer in a jurisdiction (e.g., the EU or UK) that grants a withdrawal right, contact us within the statutory period. Note that consuming any in-game item or playing any session forfeits this right under most jurisdictions.
When We Do Not Offer Refunds
- You changed your mind after using the perk in-game.
- Your subscription auto-renewed and you forgot to cancel. Cancel any time from the Account dashboard before the next renewal.
- You were banned for cheating, exploiting, harassment, or chargeback fraud.
- Server resets, wipes, or balance changes affect a perk's perceived value.
- You purchased the wrong product or for the wrong Steam ID. Double-check before buying.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your Account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us first via Discord. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support results in a permanent ban across all Helix Rust services and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time.
How to Request a Refund
Open a support ticket in our Discord with your Steam ID, the order number, and the reason for the request. We respond within 72 hours.
